Prof. Spencer De Li is reappointed to the Narcotics Control Committee of the Macao Special Administrative Region of China for a new two-year term starting October 2018. He is also appointed to the Focus Group on Youth Drug Issues and Follow-up Group on the Implementation of Antidrug Law of the committee. He has been serving these roles since 2016.
