Associate Professor
Kuo Shih-Ya is an Associate Professor at University of Macau. She received her PhD in Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University in 2008. Before joining the University of Macau, she was teaching at West Virginia State University. Her research interests include victimization, restorative justice, intimate partner violence, and policing. Her work has appeared in the journals Police Quarterly, International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology, International Sociology, Journal of Criminal Justice, International Journal of Comparative and Applied Criminal Justice, Journal of Child Sexual Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Cogent.
